The contemplative biking routes along the "Ötztaler Ache" (river) are not too exhausting and let you enjoy the beauty of the landscape. Short ascents are recompensed by restorative plain sections.
The Ötztal Mountain Riders Trail.
It leads across the whole Ötztal from the Inn to the glaciers. But don't worry. If your fitness level isn't so good, just take a part of the trail and for the rest you take the bus, where you can also store your bike. Or you choose one of the many forest roads. Of course there are also guided mountainbike tours. Mountain bikes can be rented for a small fee.
